Neuroaffirming Support Coordination & Disability Services

Hey there, my name is Ashleigh Rae (that’s me, on the right!), the creator of AR Services Group Pty Ltd. We specialize in providing virtual Support Coordination and disability services for Neurodiverse humans accessing NDIS, Australia-wide.

We get it. It’s tough finding the right people to be on your care team who really, actually know and understand the lived experience of being neurodivergent. This is especially difficult when:

  • You’re part of other marginalized communities

  • You’re new to having NDIS funding

  • You’ve newly arrived in the disability community

  • You’ve recently been diagnosed

We’re here to help make that a bit easier for you so you can get on with immersing yourself in your current hyperfocus.

Real Lived Experience.

It makes a difference when the people who are there to support you have lived experience - our company is 100% owned and staffed by people who are neurodivergent, as well as a sprinkling of chronic health conditions and other disabilities (seriously, after the fifth diagnosis shouldn’t we get one for free?!).

Smarty Pants.

Each of our staff brings something unique to the team and we are committed to further growing and developing our expertise.

Take Ankica for example - this smart cookie has qualifications in Community Services, and has oodles of experience working in disability - and Franki? She’s a legend, with a PhD on the internal lived experience of Autism, and has extensive qualifications and experience in supporting people with disabilities in education and training.

Oh, and our Director, Ashleigh Rae? She’s cut her teeth in activism on legislation and policy regarding sexual violence that is and will continue to empower millions of people across the state of Victoria (plus, she’s part-way through her social work degree).

Walking the Talk

The Support Services we offer are rooted in three critical sets of values and approaches:

  • Feminism: the social, political, and economic equality of humans.

  • Trauma-Informed Care; because we have all experienced something, sometimes by the systems meant to care for and support us

  • Anti-Oppressive Practice: Understanding the harms caused by the systems we interact with, and the active reshaping of these systems.

We’re also bound by the NDIS Code of Conduct.
