How to Lodge a Complaint, or Provide Feedback

What Happens After I Submit the Form?

We take complaints and feedback seriously.

Once we’ve received your form, our Director and HR Human will look into the matter and be in touch with you within 7-10 business days.

Your Rights as an NDIS Participant

If you are a participant in the National Disability and Insurance Scheme, there are mechanisms in place to protect you. This includes making a complaint directly to the NDIA Quality and Safeguards Commission. You can read more about your rights and responsibilities here.
