Director
Ashleigh Rae is the Director of AR Services Group Pty Ltd, bringing a wealth of experience and personal insight to her role. Living with significant vision loss, neurodivergence, and chronic health conditions, Ashleigh leverages her lived experience to inform and enhance her professional endeavors.
Ashleigh has a strong history of advocating for policy and legislative changes in Victoria, driven by her commitment to inclusivity and equity. Her personal journey provides a unique perspective, allowing her to understand and address the nuanced challenges faced by individuals with disabilities. This insight fuels her dedication to creating meaningful, systemic change.

Ankica is a dedicated Support Coordinator and Psychosocial Recovery Coach with over 20 years of experience in the community and human services sector. Alongside her professional expertise, Ankica brings lived experience of neurodivergence, offering a unique and empathetic perspective to her role. Her professional journey is deeply rooted in her unwavering commitment to the values of Options, Dignity, Compassion, Relationships, Respect, Honesty, and Rights—principles she believes are essential expressions of love for others.
Ankica's expertise spans trauma-informed care, mental health support, suicide prevention, and alcohol and other drug recovery. Her extensive experience has equipped her with the skills to support individuals through their most challenging times, always prioritizing their dignity and autonomy. Ankica's approach is person-centered, ensuring that every individual feels heard, respected, and empowered to make informed choices about their own lives.
Throughout her career, Ankica has demonstrated a profound ability to build meaningful relationships, fostering environments where trust and mutual respect are paramount. Rachael is a dedicated Support Coordinator with over 7 years of experience in the disability sector.
Holding a Certificate IV in Disability and a Diploma of Community Services, Rachael combines her extensive professional training with her invaluable lived experience to support her clients.
Rachael's approach is deeply rooted in empathy and understanding, allowing her to connect with clients on a personal level. She is passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life. Her comprehensive knowledge of the disability sector, coupled with her hands-on experience, enables her to navigate complex situations and advocate effectively for her clients.
Throughout her career, Rachael has demonstrated a remarkable ability to build trust and foster strong relationships. Her commitment to continuous improvement ensures that she stays current with best practices and evolving needs within the community.

Social Worker
Rachel is an experienced Social Worker (and member of the Australian Association of Social Workers). Rachel has worked with Autistic humans in the NDIS space for 7+ years, with a particular interest in PDA (Persistent Drive for Autonomy).
Rachel brings her lived and professional experience to the table, with a strong focus on a person-centered approach that prioritises kindness, empathy, transparency and flexibility.
Fun Fact: Rachel enjoys browsing markets and art exhibitions in her spare time.

Support Coordinator & Social Worker
Franky is a Qualified Social Worker with a strong foundation in person-centred, collaborative practice. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and Sociology and a Master’s in Social Work, and have been practicing since 2018. Over the years, Franky has worked across diverse settings including inpatient hospital care, the homelessness sector supporting people sleeping rough in Sydney’s Inner City, and in LGBTIQ+ health and alcohol and other drug services.
As an Autistic person with a chronic illness, and someone from a proudly neurodivergent family, Franky brings both professional expertise and deep lived experience to their role. Their work is grounded in respect, empathy, and a commitment to active consent.
For Franky, person-centred practice isn’t a buzzword – it’s simply how they operate. Their approach is collaborative and respectful, ensuring that the people they support remain the experts in their own lives. While there are sometimes constraints around things like NDIS funding or service availability, Franky’s role is to walk alongside clients, exploring options and making thoughtful suggestions—always with the understanding that all decisions rest with the person receiving support.
