Meet Our Team of Humans

Our dedicated, lived-experience team is a teeny, tiny bit passionate about providing exceptional Support Coordination services to adults with Autism and ADHD, and more broadly the neurodiverse community.

We understand that each individual is unique and that the way your disabilities/chronic health conditions present are unique to you. Our team is here to guide and empower you to live full vibrant lives and support you through the challenges life presents. Get to know the compassionate humans who make up our team:

  • Director

Aloha! My name is Ashleigh Rae, I’m the Director of AR Services Group Pty Ltd. I have a vision impairment, and I’m also neurodiverse. I have a strong history of advocating for changes to policy and legislation in Victoria.

What’s your favorite band or song?

I really enjoy Imagine Dragons, and my favorite song is All Star by Smash Mouth!

  • Relationship Support Human

Hello, I’m Verity Mansfield, the Relationship Support Human here!

I’m committed to helping humans learn how to consciously create happier, healthier relationships with their partners and with themselves – without having to drag their partner to therapy.

My work focuses on identifying behaviors, patterns, and beliefs that sabotage our relationships, and on teaching necessary relational skills that cultivate connection, love, and intimacy.

Everyone has the ability to create a lasting, loving relationship that they deserve - we just haven’t been taught how.

    Do you have furbabies?

I have several! Max is our family dog, and we recently welcomed a kitten to our home who's just the cutest!

  • Support Coordinator

Welcome! My name is Franki and I am a Support Coordinator with a passion for inclusivity. My desire to create a neuroaffirming space stems from my understanding of how it feels to be a neurodiverse person.

I have worked extensively with people on the autism spectrum and have 20+ years of practical experience in the field of education and disabilities.

My love for inclusivity means that I aim to empower all humans including members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and any other group to which you may belong. Feeling heard is central to my support philosophy and my framework adopts inclusive and trauma-informed care practices. Each person should feel accepted and respected as a unique individual with their own unique needs and preferences.

I love learning and completed a PhD in the area of autism (from Flinders University). This means that I am not a medical doctor but a person who has extensive knowledge about my research area (autism). I also have a master’s degree in special education, a master’s degree in educational leadership, two bachelor’s degrees (in Education / Arts), and TESOL qualifications that help me support humans for whom English is a second language.

    Outside of work?

I love spending time with friends and family. I enjoy dining out and attending the theatre. I also spend my free time painting and doing yoga/meditation. I look forward to getting to know you better!
